Refund policy
30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or refund.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must meet all of the following:
- Be in its original, unused condition (unworn, with tags still attached)
- Be in the same condition as when you received it
- Include original packaging
- Be accompanied by your receipt or order number
How to Start a Return or Refund
- Contact us at support@trooperclothing.com to request a return.
- Ship the item back to the address listed below.
- Include a note in the package with your order number and a request for a refund.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund for the item cost only (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@trooperclothing.com. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it quickly (replacement or full refund).
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original following the steps above. Please include a note stating the size or item you want instead. Once we receive and approve your return, we will ship the replacement right away.
Refunds
- We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days, but it may take longer for your bank or credit card company to post the credit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Face masks (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Any personalized or custom-made products
