Shipping policy

Order Processing Time: We do our best to process and ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During peak periods, processing may take up to 48 hours due to higher order volume. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

U.S. Retail Shipping

Orders of $100 or more ship free within the U.S. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $8.95. Wholesale and dropship orders follow your account terms.

• Shipping Method: We ship via USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class Mail.
• Estimated Delivery: 2–3 business days after shipment.
• APO / FPO Addresses: APO/FPO orders follow the same rule: free shipping on orders of $100 or more, and a flat $8.95 on orders under $100.
• International Shipping: We are happy to provide a custom quote. You can also choose the International Shipping option during checkout. Trooper is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees on international shipments.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are shipped using Trooper’s shipping account. Rates vary based on package weight, size, and destination. We will contact you to confirm the exact shipping cost and obtain approval before shipping your order.

Dropship Orders

A dropship fee applies to each order. All dropship orders ship using Trooper’s shipping account unless we have formally approved your specific carrier account. Contact us for more details.
