Shipping policy
Order Processing Time We do our best to process and ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During peak periods, processing may take up to 48 hours due to higher order volume. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Retail Orders (Webstore)
- Flat Shipping Rate: $8.95 for all U.S. retail orders.
- Shipping Method: We ship via USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class Mail.
- Estimated Delivery: 2–3 business days after shipment.
- APO / FPO Addresses: The same flat rate of $8.95 applies.
- International Shipping: We are happy to provide a custom quote. You can also choose the International Shipping option during checkout. Trooper is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees on international shipments.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are shipped using Trooper’s shipping account. Rates vary based on package weight, size, and destination. We will contact you to confirm the exact shipping cost and obtain approval before shipping your order.
Dropship Orders
A dropship fee will be applied to each order. All dropship orders are shipped using Trooper’s shipping account unless we have formally approved the use of your specific carrier account. Contact us for more details.
